Fatima K. Hernandez★Service is very slow. There were senior customers standing and waiting at the register without anyone taking their order. Not everyone is tech-savvy or comfortable using kiosks. You need more staff available to take orders and to be more attentive and sympathetic toward our senior community. I'm writing this review while I'm waiting on my order that I placed at the kiosk 30 minutes ago. SMH
MyGinger05★Poor service the people who work at KFC in Johnston don't speak English so unable to fill order properly. I took my food home only to find it wasn't what I ordered and overpaid for it .Very disappointed.
j★We ordered a 12 peace chicken meal. Half crispy half original. We got home there were no biskests. The chicken was old and soggy all the sides were old and not even hot. We will not be going back to KFC ever again.
