This is Maui's first JITB that was renovated a few years ago. ATMOSPHERE: The inside is clean. The drive thru is open 24 hours. FOOD: Ultimate Cheeseburger I always feel so guilty when eating this. Worst Jack in the box in the country, no education required no english required, I just wanted to get my order just to see what they’re doing in there. I expected to see one person in there taking orders and making the food. 20 min to take my order(one car in front) 5 min. At the order speaker and then 20 min to get the food. I’m literally writing this in line after 35 min with 6 cars total. I don’t think they train anyone here, I think they tell them to just figure it out

The food is pretty good for fast food, it's Jack-in-the-box after all. The service is pretty bad. The cashier who took our order was sarcastic, impatient, and overall quite rude. Consequently, this restaurant, even though it's fast food, can improve on its customer service. The place is only open for take-out (dine-in not available) which would have been great to know beforehand. The place took awhile to get our food and had several items such as Tiny Tacos and Sweet Tea unavailable. Overall, it's nothing special, move along. If you choose to get take-out just know it's nothing bad or good, ju
