We started with Caesar salads, which were okay, but I felt they could’ve used a bit more dressing. Once the entrées came out, though, everything was excellent. The pizzas had a doughy, mochi-like crust that I really enjoyed and each one had great flavor and depth. A standout was the miso spicy pie with garlic shrimp, which had just the right kicks of spice mixed in. My personal favorite overall was the bolognese pasta. The sauce was creamy despite being tomat

If you plan on coming during dinner hours make sure to have a reservation since it’s such a popular place! Also parking might be a little difficult next to the restaurant but there is a paid parking lot within walking distance.

He'd never heard of Brick Fire before our visit, but he became an immediate fan after he tasted their pizza. Brick Fire Tavern is the only pizzeria on Oahu with the Vera Pizza Napoletana (VPN) certification, meaning they make True Neopolitan Pizza. If you're not familiar with this type of pizza, they're cooked for just 90 seconds in a wood-burning oven (handmade in Naples!).
