We started with Caesar salads, which were okay, but I felt they could’ve used a bit more dressing. Once the entrées came out, though, everything was excellent. The pizzas had a doughy, mochi-like crust that I really enjoyed and each one had great flavor and depth. If you plan on coming during dinner hours make sure to have a reservation since it’s such a popular place! He'd never heard of Brick Fire before our visit, but he became an immediate fan after he tasted their pizza. Brick Fire Tavern is the only pizzeria on Oahu with the Vera Pizza Napoletana (VPN) certification, meaning they make True Neopolitan Pizza. If you're not familiar with this type of pizza, they're cooked for just 90 seconds in a wood-burning oven (handmade in Naples!).
