Like all restaurants Carlos’ can be hit or miss but most of the time their food is absolutely fantastic. The most recent visit for me they had a banana bread French toast special. It is what’s pictured, was absolutely fantastic. Delicious without adding anything extra to it. All of the fruit, caramel, and cream cheese icing in the middle makes it sound overly sweet, but it isn’t at all. It’s the perfect amount of sweet. The time before last I had the regular French toast which was also delicious. Pretty decent coffee too.
