Hello, On March 7th around 11:50 PM, I placed an online order and received French toast sticks. After I drove off and parked to eat, I realized there was no syrup in the bag. I went back through the drive-thru and asked for syrup. At first there was no response, so I said hello again. The employee then told me that he had already given it to me. Went there after placing a mobile order, and got the wrong food. Tried calling multiple times to be hung up on, also was told the phone was dying and I could come back for my correct order then hung up on again.. before finishing my sentence, my kids had fallen asleep and was unable to go back so. I didn't get dinner tonight, and lost almost 10$ on a sandwich I never got . Super disappointing and so are the humans working...

This has to be the worst location in the salt lake valley I've ever been to!! They can't get orders right and staff doesn't give a crap. Food is never made right and the attitude of the employees is horrible. When I was here yesterday they were more interested in sitting in a car with some guy than taking or making my order and then it wasn't made correctly but I was charged for extra I didn't get. Oh and the employees went right back to sitting in the guys car after taking my order. The young lady that took my order was in a huge hurry to get my order and was rude guess so she could get back

Please do not go here. The lady or manager who closed on 5/27 was very rude when I explained that we had ordered food online last night and never got it. The app said it closed at 12 and we could order until 11:45. So we did. My husband went to go pickup our food and the lights were all off and no one was there. We obviously didn't get our food. So I called since on the app today it said we picked it up at 11:28 which is a lie. I called the store today and the lady said I had to go through the app and then she said "I closed at 11:20 and I saw no one..." it was like she was accusing me of lyin
