Went here for lunch yesterday and not only was it one of the most depressing locations I’ve been too but the lack of care to properly prep rate my food was wild. Nobody was doing online orders therefore forcing the line worker to pause the line at me to do 4 onlines. Then I asked for a simple chicken quesadilla with corn and it wasn’t even on the press for 1.5 minutes not enough to melt the cheese or warm it up hardly any color to the tortilla. Terrible experience overall.

The smartest thing Qdoba could do, is lean into the Chipotle hate. They announced that they are raising their prices to appeal more to the 6-figure plus consumer base. We (as average people), were already refusing to go there because they've gotten so skimpy for the large price tag. Last night, we went to this Qdoba for the first time in a LONG time. Tried this place out for the first time and truly disappointed.. shrimp was probably a few days old or cooked for a few days straight. Like a pencil eraser for sure. Shrimp tacos are a no go. If the shrimp was good they only put three little tiny baby shrimp in there. However the brisket burrito was pretty good but it was freaking cold by the time I sat down.. The worst thing is cost. $18 got 3 tacos and 1 burrito. Forget that noise. I’m not ever going back over there just because of the cost in itself for a cold burrito and over cooked shrimp. This location is always fresh and clean. The staff are extremely welcoming. They are accommodating and friendly. You could catch them first thing in the morning or right before they close and they are ready to roll. Everything is fresh no matter when you walk in. Some places lose quality close to closing. This location clearly holds itself to a standard of excellence when it comes to food safety, quality, and customer service. I love the breakfast burritos, its perfect you can grab a small one for when you're on the go. They have a lot of options for everyone's preference.
