I went here today and my order was a Luxes cravings box and a Mexican pizza. I normally wouldn’t come on here complaining but I stood at their counter for a good 10mins waiting for someone to let me place an order because I couldn't use the kiosk. Everyone had an attitude and my Mexican pizza was supposed to have light red sauce and extra cheese the food was just horrible and looked like it had been sitting for a while, like they had one already made and it had been sitting. I’ve been going here for a while and the only reason I’m compl Is because it’s been several times my food taste and look

Ordered a potato soft taco and they literally put 2 potatoes on it. Fast food employees are worthless. Went back to give them another try a month later. These guys suck. This used to be the best tacobell in town but with all the new employees they suck. Soon this will be another Chinese food spot like the old burger king next door

The staff on 04/30/26 was horrible. Twenty five minute wait, because they skipped my order. It was not even busy. The blond young girl working the cash register has no costumer service skills. When I came back in to get my nachos they forgot she rolled her eyes at me. This location is going way down hill. Whoever is running this business really needs to step up!

The workers here do their best and should be treated with respect. I went to this location today and a rude, condescending man berated and threw food on the counter at the employees. The employees handled the situation very professionally and respectfully. Please be polite to these hard workers and treat them with the same respect you demand from them.
