After waiting in line for 25 mins to get the online order to pull away check and they shorted me items. I waited back in line for another 25 td the gentleman at the window what I was short he seemed so lost and confused about it and we had ro repeat it at least 2 more times to him for him to tell us to pull up when they already had a car parked there was no room to pull up. Then to have an older women come to window and re ask what the issue is was just beyond me. This place is pretty close to work for me and somehow manages to make me risk clocking in late when they've only got two other customers in the drive thru. Not an option for me at breakfast time anymore, I've had to leave without getting my food multiple times. Staff do not seem to care in the slightest about even basic courtesy when ordering at the box, they never tell me what my total is and just tell me to pull around. Save your money for somewhere that deserves it.

Picked up my mobile order only to get home and find out a burger was missing. Called the store 3 times allowing it to ring and never get answered. Went back for the missing item only to repeat my issue with 3 different staff members. They then gave me the original burger that was sitting on the counter for 30 minutes, that had my special request and name on it. I asked for a fresh one which was ignored. Manager seemed to be a little on the high side and really confused. The manager offered me a frosty, I stated I wanted a fresh burger, again ignored. And don't even get me started on

This Wendy's location is pretty flawless during the day. The food is decent, the employees are really nice and have great attitudes. That being said...I've never had a good experience during the night hours, especially the late night. They're rude and tend to close whenever they feel like it. Should one point out that they don't close until 1 a.m., they'd be met with some disrespectful attitude that doesn't line up with any type of customer service. Maybe the night crew has changed, it was been awhile since I tried to go there. Daytime? Fantastic. Nighttime? Dismal and frustrating. ***Side no
