I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The entire time I was there, the managers were arguing with each other instead of helping the employees and making sure customers were being taken care of. The atmosphere felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. What made it worse was the extremely long wait time. I waited over an hour for a simple cheeseburger and my order still took forever to come out. There was little communication, no apology for the delay, and it seemed like nobody was properly managing the restaurant. I understand places can get busy, but customers should still b

Bothered. I waited over 10 minutes for a filet fish and 4 small fries at curbside. When someone finally came out, I recieved lukewarm (at best) fries that tasted like they were left sitting in the grease. Definitely disappointed cuz the wait didn't prove worth it. My kids didn't eat it either.

Are yall serious? There’s like a DROP of mustard and 1 singular pickle. This location is a joke. Go to the one on Stan Schlueter or basically ANYWHERE else. The Sonic 2 minutes down the road is 10x better.

firstly, thank you bobby for making this whole experience a little bit better. youre a real one. i ordered 2 breakfast burritos at 0223, with a side of pickles and mild salsa. Bobby did what he could to make sure im not too upset with the wait, trying to assure me its coming, however doesn't believe they can do the pickles since its breakfast time. its an ingredient add on, and im being denyed that to better enjoy my food. weird. i finally get my food, at 0247 and check my bag, not only does it take 24 minutes to make 2 burritos, but also no pickles. disappointing to say the least.
