Went through the drive through I normally go inside. I got a number 1 the meat was old and sitting out it had no seasoning on it the bread was kinda stale my fries were cold sprite soda was flat. Next time I will go inside as I never got a bad tasting bird from inside but I won't be going to the drive through anymore. I will give them one more chance hopefully it will be better this was my go to spot because it's very close to my home so I hope next time it won't disappoint. But stop serving meat that's been sitting up past 5 mins .

Slowest “fast food” ever! Sat 20 mins in the drive thru. Fries cold with green spots (sign of toxic potatoes). I rarely go to Whataburger and stopped today just because it was on the way to an appointment.

Kierra took our order and I can tell you that she’s got an attitude problem. She was rude to us and was basically rushing us when we were ordering. I’ve never had that treatment from Whataburger staff. And there were items missing from our order as well. How are you going to be rude and not do your job correctly. Please pick a struggle. This was the worst experience we’ve had ordering here. I wish Ashley took our order. She was so sweet. Anyways, the food did taste good overall. I just wish people didn’t act like this. If you don’t want to be at work, don’t be at work, simple as that.

Friendly place for a great choice of foods and they are very nice and polite. They have assisted me when I had to having panic attacks. They are wonderful people who are like my family and friends 🧡. At one particular store off of Killeen, What-a-burger of Trimmer Road and Bacon Ranch Road is my mother, brother and mine favorite place to get out dinner made by all the workers. Plus giving me so many good advice to do Thanks to my family and friends 🧡
