Ordered through Uber eats, got the steakhouse burger with some add ons. I get it and its not what I ordered and its completely cold. The cold might be on Uber eats but the two drinks and side were all correct to the order so im pretty sure its on whataburger not the courier. Have had issues with this location before but this is the straw that broke the camels back. I cant even eat the incorrect order because its cold and disgusting. Can't get a refund through Uber eats so I guess im S.O.L.

The drive-thru at this Whataburger is a complete disaster. I do not know if it is poor training, lack of management, or just a total absence of common sense, but the people running the drive-thru cannot seem to handle even the most basic parts of the job. You repeat the order, they still get it wrong. You ask simple questions, they act confused. You wait forever, then still have to check the bag because accuracy is apparently too much to expect. I was in drive thru line, got up to pay my order of Biscuits and Gravy (my fave breakfast), and after being in line and all the other vehicles, finally my turn, and the drive thru person had the audacity to say she had no change for a $50, that's all I had! So many customers, yet they COULDNT GIVE ME CHANGE! I had to leave my very favorite food at that moment-i was so DISSATISFIED with Whataburger associates for this!! It's always been my favorite place to get a great quick bite at anytime of the day or night. This just sucked for me that day. This CANNOT happen! I can understand about $100's

Waiting for more than 20 minutes for my food and never made it, that happen 6/12/2026, I ordered at 2:55pm at 3:15 pm I asked for my order they told me they still working on it, very disappointed
