Miserable. Lobby cashier couldn’t finalize order so female mgr called over. She then told me to order on kiosk. I said I wanted to order at a register because I hate their kiosks. I suggested the register on right side and she said “that’s for the drive thru!” (Drive thru is on opposite side of bldg with their own registers) I went to kiosk & of course it was broken. (Refused to take any credit cards and you’re forced to choose brand of soda even though it’s self serve: Coke Zero on machine, but not a choice on kiosk) Finally got food and fries were way over salted, tough, & chewy. I've never seen a McDonalds suck so terribly. On every level. Drive thru 20 minutes. Try to go in. Same awful. No one around to help. Gotta use the computer. Doesn't print. Find someone. Nothing available. Finally figure out something to order and still. Food messed up, old, cold. Right next to Kings Island. You'd think this would be a great location for quick, decent fast food. Miserable experience.

Service was quick and the staff was friendly, but the food itself is pretty mediocre. It’s funny how McDonald's is an American brand, yet the food tastes significantly better in Estonia! Food was ordered through the mobile app, got to the drive thru and gave them my code pulled up and was asked to park in the mobile order parking while they finished bagging the order. Came out within 3-4 minutes...fries were hot, the food was fresh and order was correct!!! This doesn't happen alot at many restaurants anymore.
