i go here all the time, never had a snarky employee until today. after taking our order, she hid her IPad over her face to whisper to her coworker, while staring and laughing at us. apologies to the very professional and kind man at the register, who I was a little rude to while telling him my complaint. if you are reading this, i am very sorry..but not to the girl who’s never learned to whisper properly. yummy drinks tho lol

I really like this place but lately the coffee is different all the time. Im tired of going and hoping my coffee turns out the way it SUPPOSED TO BE! USE THE DAMN RECIPE! Its always different depending on who is making it. Lately it just seems like Im wasting my money. I like the people who work there but come on guys , need to hold people accountable if they are not making drinks correctly. I may take a brake from that 7brew for a bit.

I had such a great experience here today. I was trying to redeem a free drink reward I had earned, but for some reason it disappeared from my account. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind and still gave me my free drink anyway. I wish I had gotten her name because she truly went above and beyond and made my day. Amazing customer service like that really stands out. Thank you!

This morning I would’ve gave you a five but this afternoon I wouldn’t even want to even give you one if I didn’t even have to. I got a Blondie with it supposed to have whipped cream and caramel with it and it supposed to be cold. It’s not cold. It’s not hot. It just taste like pure sugar and when I tried to tell the girl out there she’s just like thank you thank you thank you I won’t be back.
