Top notch service from the owner. Very nice guy and the food really is great. I wish we lived here so we could try more of the food. I had the mild spice honey hot wings. Great flavor and cooked perfectly for a sticky sweet hot wing. Pizza looked good and my kiddo loved the pasta.

If I could give Uncle Sam’s 6 out of 5 stars, I would. We had the chance to meet Uncle Sam himself—and he’s exactly who you want behind your food. Salt-of-the-earth, knows his craft, and it shows in every bite. This isn’t just a restaurant, this is a real chef in the kitchen. The Alfredo pasta? Incredible. The sauce was rich and perfectly balanced, and the chicken was flavorful, well-seasoned, and beautifully cooked. You can tell he understands flavor profiles on a deeper level. They were fixin to close to do a private catering event but allowed us to come in and dine anyway and we ordered a larger pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks, potato skins and chicken Alfredo and none of it dissapointed! It was all top notch. Everything definitely outdid what I'm used to back home!

This is by far some of the best pizza we've had in the Knoxville area, the owner makes all of his ingredients fresh and by hand, and he said that if you don't like something on the menu, tell him and he'll do his best to fix it.
