Stopped by the Panera in Kokomo and was impressed by the size of the location. It’s not surrounded by a lot of busy businesses, which makes it easy to access with a drive-thru and plenty of parking (spacious parking spots too). The store was fairly clean during my visit, and the restrooms were also well maintained. I ordered bagels and was glad they came out just right and not burnt. Staff were friendly enough, though the service wasn’t anything extraordinary. I did notice they didn’t have a self-ordering tablet available, which could have made things a little smoother. First time ever eating here.Friend bought us a gift card for Christmas. Use the online ordering app carryout.Very easy simple to navigate. Wasnt expecting much.I was over the top impressed with the service. Very caring staff you can tell they appreciated that I chose their restaurant.
