Usually I have no issues coming here after work but today December 17th at 12:30 am apparently the guy today couldn't read what was my order since I asked for NO SOUR CREAM and he put it on it anyways and now I can't eat it cause sour cream makes me wanna puke... there was no fiesta chips on it or the extra beef and onions, there was rice in my burrito even tho I said no rice nor did it come with it. Every single time I order they mess my stuff up and its starting to piss me off. I just order nachos with sour cream.. and my cheese always has random shit in it, no sour cream, and one time there was just no cheese?? I work in fast food, I understand messing up food sometimes but every. Single. Time. ?? Come on.

I always feel so bad for the employees in this store- most seem young and without solid leadership, they seem to be genuinely doing their best but have very little experience. Every time I’ve been here, they are behind on orders and not once did I ever see or hear a manager leading them. Though the service takes longer than average, the food itself has always been fresh and the orders are always correct.

There’s no way to order the red sauce on the burrito on the side so I ordered it without so they didn’t make burritos that I couldn’t take with me. And they charged me for the sauce. They were going to put the sauce on the burrito anyway so why did they need to charge me? I called corporate and they also said that was silly and gave me my money back. Is Taco Bell business getting so bad they have to charge for the sauces now? So sad. It’s not my fault that your app doesn’t allow me to order it that way, that’s an insight issue on their side. Update your app and stop charging your customers for
