I just wanted to leave a positive review for one particular employee. I think his name was Burt. Very nice older gentleman. He was so thorough making sure I had my napkins and my sauce in my bag and that everything was correct! It was a very nice breath of fresh air from how alot of fast food service can be! ☺️

Took over 15 minutes to get the order. The dinning section was even empty When we got it. It was all wrong. Taco Bell has gone down hill in the last few years. All they do is play in the kitchen. Don't pay attention to what the customers want. Food wasn't what we ordered and wasn't exactly what we ordered.

This is consistently the worst Taco Bell in Kokomo. They take a RIDICULOUS amount of time every single time. They are always out of something. They can’t get your order right. I am confused why they are allowed to be so terrible

The slowest most lazy staff ever. Was waiting 30 minutes in line for like 3 simple things. While we wait and look through the window seeing people dancing and laughing. At least give us a time eta say sorry or something it was ridiculous. Very disappointed
