I have visited this restaurant about six times now, and I can confidently say they serve the best tasting pho I have ever had. Because the food is always consistently amazing, I was excited to bring a group of friends here last night for their very first visit. Unfortunately, the customer service we received from our server completely overshadowed the meal. While we arrived about an hour before closing and I completely understand the desire to wrap up a shift the hostile attitude we encountered was entirely unprofessional. Initially a little confusing as you need to walk closer to the back. Seating is a bit hard to get especially on busier nights. They seemed somewhat understaffed but at no fault of the servers of course. The food itself was amazing. I got the house or wagyu pho. The broth was hearty and the meat was excellent. Would come again.

I tried KTOWN PHO for the first time and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Wagyu House Pho and it was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and came with a generous portion of meat. I paired it with a Thai tea, which was perfectly refreshing and balanced the meal so well. Service was quick, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
