Hands down the best CiCi’s I’ve ever been to—and I’ve put in some serious reps at the buffet line. The pizza was fresh, hot, and somehow tasted better than I remember… like CiCi’s went to therapy and came back improved. Every tray looked like it actually wanted to be eaten, which is not always the case at buffets 😂 And shoutout to the staff for not judging me when I grabbed a bowl of ranch like it was a beverage. Service here was great! Was looking forward to having dessert since I rarely go to Cici's. The brownies had been out since we arrived & were not replaced at all; they were so dry I had to spit out. Never did I see any cinnamon rolls & that's what I wanted. Was told they were coming out shortly, waited 15 minutes. Still no cinnamon rolls... disappointed. It was absolutely FREEZING INSIDE

Absolutely amazing!!! My family and I drive from North Austin to this location in Kyle because it has the best food quality and it’s the cleanest from all the other Cici’s I’ve been to! The guy Oscar made me my pizza to my liking, he didn’t hesitate to make it like the other locations where they mean mugged me for asking for a pizza and not eating what is already on the table! Hands down, the best! Thank you again Oscar!

If your cheese pizza is the star of the show it’s not great. No utensils offered you have to special request them.. pasta that’s offered has no flavor or way too much vinaigrette. You definitely get what you pay for its loud and rowdy and they expect tips upfront for you serving yourself and refilling your own drinks. This is considered a buffet but it is obnoxious when you come back to your table and they’re cleaning it up and essentially trying to push you out . My wife and daughter and I stayed not even 20 minutes and they were acting as if we had stayed for an hour or two. Not a great expe
