Walking in to an empty dining room it’s not uncommon these days,waiting almost 5 minutes to be seen in the front to have someone take my order as a long time. The burger is not what all I remember and half the sodas weren’t available to choose from. The floor was sticky and the back security door left open with a cardboard box. Just walk over to five guys food is much better for the same price.

I went through the drive thru and was informed they only had diet coke and sweet tea and were out of several things. I still had to pay full price for the combo meals even though I didn't have a drink. I was tired and hungry. I was frustrated when I got to the window and a bit snippy. But Lisa was so nice and apologetic, even though I was grouchy. I hope she sees this - i'm sorry for any attitude I had. I appreciate your kindness! I hope you have a fantastic week and I hope your manager acknowledges your hard work! :)
