We were visiting La Quinta for my mother's birthday weekend and stopped at the Ralphs in Indio to purchase a cake. My niece politely asked a bakery employee for assistance with selecting a cake. The employee responded that we needed to push the button for assistance. We looked but did not see any button. We informed her that we could not find it, and she again insisted there was a button. Feb. 15 2026 11:30pm Ralphs is my favorite grocery store. I go there almost every night after work for anything I need, but they really disappointed me with the attitude I received and the moldy food they proudly have on display and therefore will no longer be taking my business there.
