On 5/8 7:38pm I placed a mobile order for curbside. 30 minutes passed and no one brought my order which was just one large fry. Went inside asked for the manager (skinny light skin lady) proceeded to give an i dont care attitude when I showed her the order and didn't even apologize. I've never written a Google review before but they deserve 0 stars for the terrible customer service they give. An apology would've sufficed but couldn't even do that. Will not be going back

Do NOT use their mobile app. I’ve placed orders three separate times online and had so many issues. One order was “lost” despite being charged for it and having the receipt. They made us pay twice! Another time we ordered and paid for breakfast online and then they refused to make it at the drive thru despite it being paid for and it only being a few minutes after 11am. And rewards points aren’t refunded either so if you used a bunch and something happens you will never see them again. Too many issues with this location, McDonald’s ain’t worth all the trouble. I’d rather Burger King at that p

This is pathetic. This is their Spicy Deluxe McCrispy. This is what I got, a joke. On top of that, I'm the only one in line, and they have me pull up beyond the pickup window, and I finally got my food 15 mins later. Terrible service!

This is the third time ordering a "freshly cooked mcgriddle" that instead of a golden brown I get a burnt tan No more wasted money at McDonald's
