The food was fine but it was hot so I tried to go inside since I was running errands and not bringing the food home. There was NO A/C in that building. Like fine for me I’ll just leave, but those poor workers. In front of hot stoves and fryers with no a/c in summer.

The lady who gave us food through the window was so rude. 05/02/26 around 10.30. Middle age with long fake lashes with lots of eye makeup. When I asked her sauce, she was so surprised and she asked me what do you mean by sauce!! And sauce with sandwiches!!!in a very judgy manner. I spent $30. And she brought me one ranch very hesitantly. My 15 yr niece was very surprised seeing her attitude. Please be nice to each others.

The manager needs to be fired. Look at the reviews and wonder why she is still there. I see the replies from the reviews and all I see is "we are sorry". this woman is a rude person that obviously does not care about the business. The restrooms are always either out of paper towels or toilet paper. They are out of hash browns, salsa. I am very disappointed with the franchise for allowing this woman to operate with all of these bad reviews directed towards her. It's Carl's Jr. A tad expensive, mediocre food. Got star nugs. They weren't very fresh, and certainly not what I remember them to be. I used to love these little nuggets made into stars. But the Oreo milkshake saved it. It was delicious. No larger option, but it was enough to fill that milkshake craving.
