Taste of foods are good. But little too expensive, specially the dumpling 紅油妙手 (around only 10 small pieces only) The beef noodle soup base is rich and not too salty. It has good flavor, but not a big bowl. Like real Asian size. Try it once in a while is fair enough.

It’s been a while since I had some quality Chinese food and Journey to the Dumpling lived up to the hype. The dishes we ordered included Green Beans in garlic sauce, Siu Mai, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Chicken and Cilantro Soup Dumplings, and Steak and Potatoes. Each dish was excellent. The shrimp had a crispy exterior and sweet coating that wasn’t too sweet. The Steak and Potatoes were excellent since the steak was very tender and the black bean sauce and chilis added great flavor. A true destination for dumpling lovers. Journey to the Dumpling lives up to its name in every way. A bit salty on certain dishes, excellent dumplings. Lots of free parking and restaurant is busy at most times. Green onion pancakes, I would not recommend, it’s so thin that you almost can see through it.
