Extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s while picking up an Uber order. The staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I arrived to collect an order, one employee repeatedly said, “We don’t have it” without making any effort to check what happened. I politely asked whether the order had already been picked up by another driver or if the store had never received it, but my questions were completely ignored. Nice, clean location. I stopped by around 3:30pm for a quick bite after a visit to Stony Brook Hospital for work. Drive-thru staff was very polite. Food was delivered quickly and fresh. Fries were hot, nicely salted and the cheeseburgers I ordered were good as well.

Ordered doordash twice from this place. First time they forget my drink, second time they gave me regular fries even though I ordered the limited edition Shaker fries. 3rd time visiting, I ordered Shaker fries and regular fries in person, they forget the regular fries. Who is working here??? Are they overworked or something? How can they keep getting orders wrong? And its not like this is just happening to me. All my friends say they've had beef w this mcd. This mcd is known for being trash in SBU.

The staff and the service is pretty great, everyone is nice and friendly and is happy to help. The atmosphere is OK only because the few times I have been here since the reopening, there have been so many dirty tables it's hard to find somewhere to sit. The Food is OK also. The fries are typically always really good, but the chickens almost always overcooked and dry. The burgers I have had have been pretty good also.
