Ordered nachos cheese fries, and they gave me unseasoned fries. Ruined my night. The tacos were soaked in grease, and the burritos were falling apart.

Ruined my experience. Ordered a $7 Luxe box, was told the soda machine was broken. I told them I did not need a soda. Then also ordered 2 crispy tacos and 2 new crispy chicken tacos and asked to make sure they had Fire sauce. Got home no sauce. Your food is so bland without the sauce that I wasted $18. There is so much competition that I will never do Pepsi, KFC, or any other YUM brands again.

I’ve been coming to this same Taco Bell for almost a year now. Never had an issue the employees are always nice reliable and fast worker. I’m always in and out. The Manager who’s always there always had a smile on her face as she greets me. It’s always been a pleasure walking in and walking out. I love going there to get my food.
