If I can give this place a negative star review I would. We entered the lobby and saw there were multiple people waiting. We ordered our food from the kiosk but needed to pay at the counter. When we noticed a line forming with a family who had been standing there and hadn't even ordered yet. After 10 minutes no one was coming to the register, so we went to the side to alert an employee that the lobby was full. The employee responded rudely and told us we needed to "wait". Today I had a bad experience at this McDonald’s on. I ordered several McChickens and asked for extra ranch. I understand there may be an additional charge, but the lady with glasses who was handing out the food at the final window was very rude. She did not explain properly, had an unprofessional attitude, and closed the window abruptly without giving us the chance to decide if we wanted to pay for more. They should hire more people, at least on weekends. The poor staff members were overwhelmed with so many orders. There was a young girl with blonde hair and fair skin who provided very good customer service. She helped me with my order and remained kind despite the chaos.
