Honestly, and I definitely mean this honestly, this McDonald's is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And that's not saying a lot, but let's start at the beginning. Number one, we walk in the door and we noticed that there's hardly any customers In the dining room. And no one's in line at the Register, but yet when I asked for someone to help me at the register, everyone seems too busy to even turn ahead and acknowledge me. I asked several times and I was ignored several times not even a manager, a supervisor anyone was there to make sure people were taken care of at the fr

Service was fast and food hot. I always place big orders and we werent missing a single item and all customizations were made correctly.

This place is a mess. Had 6 cars waiting for food in parking spots and you couldn’t even park in the right one so everyone was getting the wrong bags of food. Lady on the order screen couldn’t understand a simple “quarter pounder meal with sprite” and “chicken nugget meal with a coke”. What’s the point of fast food if I have to wait 20 minutes for cold fries? Only bright side is the gal running out food out in the pouring rain was really nice and apologetic.

An employee ask to take my oder she took it and said she had to leave. Came back 5 minutes later asked how she could help I said finish my order. She left again. I had someone else come to the counter he took my oder, told me we could not pay cash. He told me after payment he would bring out our order due to entering it wrong. I finally went to the counter, they gave me my order which was very cold. A family of 4 had the same issues we had right after us. This was in Lakeville MN.
