We wanted to have bowls for lunch, so we decided on Pollo Tropical. From the menu, we got the Classic Chicken Tropichop, Mac n Cheese, and Mashed Potatoes with Gravy. Our order arrived in 5 minutes! First up, we tried the Tropichop bowl. It was alright, but something was missing. That's what made it a bit disappointing for us. The mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy were okay. Our lunch at Pollo Tropical was also okay.

Ordered the catering for 10. Let me say that the food was outstanding and the service was as well. Not only did they include all utensils needed to serve the food, it even came in a very nice reusable bag. The quality of the food was incredible. The quantity was even better. There is enough for 15 or more to eat and still have leftovers. Simply the best...and fresh! Thanks Pollo Tropical
