This pollo tropical is great. I don’t know who they got working in the kitchen but they need to make sure they do not fire them or give them a hard time lol. That food be season GREAT. Im haitian so i know what at least season. The people who take your order are nice as well I love the service and food that i took the time to write this review keep up the great work

Food is always great at Pollo for the price. This evening I accidentally forgot to order an item before arriving at the payment window and THANKFULLY the cashier (Vanessa) added the item instead of telling me to go around and make a separate order. She gracefully chose quality customer service and was flexible with the rules. Shout out to Vanessa for being understanding and adding that human touch to my experience.

This pollo is the absolute worse. Unsanitary and unsafe. Found a metal staple in my tropichop, called corporate needles to say they could care less and the manager never returns calls. Please do not eat here they clearly are unsafe. Dropping metal staples in peoples food.

Horrible customer, the lady from the kitchen made awkward comment about my customized salad. (Not nice) Cashier was kinda rude…Don’t go there.
