Carl's Jr never disappoints to disappoint. This review is mainly for the corporation, but then again it happened at this location as well tonight. Been eating Carl's Jr since a kid in California. Used to be my favorite. Over the years, it has gone downhill, and my frequent trips became less and less, to the point I give it a chance only once a year now. My one issue is you drop $15/meal, and the burgers, without fail... are cold and either 2 extremes.... dry from sitting, or been sitting in water getting bloated (still cold regardless) This location, people working were friendly, bu

Stopped by while on a road trip. The two gentlemen (one working the fry station as well as burger line, one a cashier) were very food and hustling. Great customer service. Which is rare to see. These boys def deserve a Superstar Acknowledgement.

I’ve stopped through this place probably five or six times now and every time I’ve been, nothing is ever cooked to order, even when it is slow. It seems like they just always pull a hamburger patty out of a warming tray and slap it on a bun. Burgers never taste fresh and are soggy. Carl’s Jr. used to be such a tasty spot. I don’t know what’s happened, but I’ve almost given up on the brand altogether.
