I havent seen a steak n shake in years, was happy to see they still exist but after stopping here have zero faith that it will continue to exist! You folks realize you have priced yourself completely out of your own demographic? No wonder the parking lot is empty at lunch time! No rush for you guys, its the same old food, with less service, no servers, and double the price. I hope you dont think you will survive ghese terrible choices, reality is at a premium these days. Guess ill head on over to micky d s, since its the same grade of food at exactly half the price! There is no way you guys

You have to order a kiosk and the staff does not speak or interact with you at all. Some of the tables were dirty inside and it just seems like a cold place to be now no warm with anyone. It’s almost self service except for the cooks in the kitchen..
