One of my favorite restaurants for anyone looking for clean and tasty food. I’ve been here more than 20 times and overall the experience is always great. I just have one small note that I hope can be improved. Whenever I customize my sandwich and ask for no onions or no corn, unfortunately the order still comes with them sometimes. This happened to me in both the drive-thru and dine-in orders. I hope more attention can be given to customization notes because everything else is honestly amazing.

Drive up window at 9am and dry service given the entire time. I honestly wanted to drive off at this point. I order an item and the response is “I got chu” you aren’t doing me a favor. Yes ma’am will there be anything else? These are customer service 101 responses. It was just an awful experience and they need some examples of what service actually is. Michelle was the young lady who processed our order. Notice I didn’t say took care of us. It almost seems as if she was irritated that we were there. Anywho let’s try and do.

My wife and I love this restaurant. We always enjoy coming here and it is always so clean. The place is cozy and always has nice employees that will recommend great dishes if you can’t decide. I make a lot of reviews everywhere I go and I must say. I would rather dine here then a fancy restaurant any day ! Maybe more then the Olive Garden around the corner. Y’all stay positive and good vibes all around from this Panera Bread !!!
