What was suppose to be a fun outing after work my s/o told me to meet him at Taco Bell.. we sat at Taco Bell for almost 2 hours for 3 Beefy 5 Layer burritos 3 Crunchy Tacos and nacho fries. Along with 7 other people waiting for food in the parking lot, orders being confused. No one getting the right things they ordered. Somehow we ended up with a supreme burrito,2 bean 5 layer burritos, Nothing what we ordered at all. I understand that things get busy but it’s a Saturday night I feel like we should know already that we will most likely be busy with orders. I think I am one of many that feels

Remodel 2026. Clean. They have a two lane drive through. Only one in Lawton that has this. Service in general good. However making of the food isn't. Messing up on my orders but not fulfilling the order completely. I have order the cantina menu and its been dry. Like.they dont put any sauce on them at all. Also the fountain drinks lack any flavor. Just plan taste. Its nice to have one closer to home but rather drive a little further to 38th and Lee for better food and drinks.

I am not one to complain but we eat Taco Bell frequently but after the issues we had tonight at the Sheridan Rd location in Lawton, Ok we will drive out of our way from now on to get to a different location. We ordered on the app, gave them extra time, and went inside to pick up the order. There were 5 others inside that had not received orders. I was then handed a tray of food to look through. It was only partially correct but then an employee walked over, grabbed the tray, said "this isn't yours" and then sat all of it on the back counter. My husband and I have been here twice since the new building opened, each time it has taken us over 40 minutes to get our food. The first time we went, two items were missing from our order, but we didn’t go back in to tell them as we knew it would just take longer. As soon as you get to the drivethru they make you pull through and wait outside in the parking lot for 45 minutes in your car. Tonight the worker tried to hand our order to the wrong car twice before we had to wave her over and say it was ours… I don’t know what is going on here… also I mobile ordered btw and still waited 40 minute
