The presentation of my food was sloppy as if it was prepared in a pig pin. The wait in drive through was slow food not fast food. The only decent thing about my visit was the service and it was just okay. The drive through was horrible I can only imagine what going inside would be like. I should have went to Buger King at least I could of had it my way. I threw that sandwich away.🤢

I recently experienced an issue with a beverage order at your drive-thru, where the Sprite I received consisted solely of carbonated water. Upon returning to inform your staff of this discrepancy, and to ensure the issue was addressed for future customers, the individual I spoke with dismissed my concern, citing a high volume of business, and made no effort to rectify the situation. Further inquiry was met with an unhelpful demeanor and a repetition of the previous statement. It is imperative that the products served to customers meet expected quality standards

First off, it’s fast food so it’s not like I set the bar real high. That being said this was definitely not fast food, wasn’t even slow food. We waited so long that even a family that came in a while after we did got their food first and said “you should say something, we got here way after you guys”. I inquired about our order and the young man told me “we had to remake your cheeseburgers so it’s going to be awhile longer”. Seriously??? Remake our cheeseburgers??? I want to report what was honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had at your location. The employee working at the second drive-thru window today (a blonde-haired lady) appeared extremely unhappy and completely uninterested in helping customers. When she took my order, her tone sounded very depressed and as if she simply did not want to be at work. Her attitude came across as if she hated dealing with customers. Customer service starts with attitude, and unfortunately that was missing from the beginning. When I was handed my order, I asked if my sandwich was inside the bag.
