I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experiences at your League City restaurant. While the location is convenient, I have encountered several issues with online orders, which seem to be the only way to access current deals. It would be much more efficient if these deals were available for in-store orders. I hope you will look into improving order accuracy at this location, or consider making your promotions available for walk-in customers.

I ordered online and paid using my Google pay account. When I picked up my order the employee informed me they did not have chocolate chip cookies. Did not offer a refund, simply stated I needed to call the number on the receipt. I also ordered a combo for one of the sandwiches and this location did not have lemonade either. Called the number on the receipt, sent their "Coach" Juan Cantu an email and submitted a claim on subway website. I want a refund on what I did not receive. Hope to hear from them.

I love this subway, the sandwiches are very tasty and everything is fresh. The employees are very friendly. The new cookie and pretzel footlongs are incredible. I love this subway
