I ordered through the Uber app and filed a complaint, but they only refunded me $2. I ordered a steak bowl and a steak burrito, and the portion of meat was ridiculous — the bowl literally had about 6 pieces of steak, and in the burrito I think I found maybe 4. It was the poorest bowl I’ve ever received. I also ordered extra vegetables and pico de gallo, and they didn’t include them at all. This location is terrible. It’s not the first time this has happened to me, but this time they really exceeded all limits.

Terrible with burritos. They over packed and over portioned so much of my soft ingredients (guacamole, sour cream, salsa) and didn’t drain the ingredients so the liquid was pooling in my burrito. It turned out super mushy. Had to keep asking them to remove some of the portions. The way he scooped all that sour cream on my burrito was lethal. The way he smacked all the guacamole on top and then poured a huge glob of queso over it was shocking. I was like damn this is crazy. These are just condiments and toppings, Jesus Christ. I was at this location on a night it was very clearly busy! (Right after the winter storm) Line pretty much out the door, the drive thru line around the building and a crowd of people waiting for mobile pick ups. The employees were all moving non stop! I placed an online order which said I would pick up at 7.. well 7 came and went I walked out around 720ish. There was one couple who came in very upset their order wasn’t ready. Placed an order for pick up this evening only to get home and find no meat. My husband’s burrito only had two pieces. I would have gladly waited if asked. Instead i drove all the way home only to not have what i paid for. Ive noticed when this location gets busy, little care goes into the food. Maybe better organization and staffing is needed.
