Not only did the manage to not have Falafel available at 5pm, they had no sign up at the door or even at the beginning of the counter. Of all the locations in KC, this is by far the WORST one. Multiple times this has happened where they are unable to keep things in stock and they don’t inform you until you already start ordering. So I end up spending $20 for a bowl with no protein. It’s just rice, toppings and sauce AND they had the audacity to charge me for avacado. I’ve seen Chipotle run out of protein once in my life and they had a sign up front so people knew in advance of ordering.

Today I had a small outing with my son. I finally got to taste Cava's It was a wonderful sway from the every neighborhood fast food places. My palate was tickled pink with enjoyment. So.....I will return again possibly for the same meal or another selection.

This was my first time trying this restaurant and everything was Absolutely phenomenal. The service was impeccable. It started with the greeting and introduction. Daryl was amazing and talked me through everything and was extremely welcoming me and thanked me for trying this restaurant for the first time. I will definitely be back. The best part is the food is outstanding. It taste like heaven in my mouth. I was not expecting this greatness. What a day!

This was my first time at Cava! And from the warmth of the restaurant, the service and how delicious and clean the food is I’m very impressed! I’m always looking for new restaurants that have clean quality ingredients that taste just as good! I would 10/10 recommend. I’m a pescatarian and the falafel crunch bowl was so yummy with a nice kick to it!
