I absolutely love coming to this Panera Bread in Homestead! Every visit is consistently a great experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Jennifer. She is truly amazing always so kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Visited Panera Bread in Homestead this evening, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Miriam for her outstanding customer service. It was around 5:36 PM, and when my wife asked for decaf coffee, Miriam explained that they did not have any decaf coffee made at the time. However, she immediately offered to make a fresh batch for her. I’ve been ordering from various Panera Bread locations for several years now, and for over a year, I’ve been ordering very frequently via the app specifically for Drive-Thru pickup—since, like many people, I’m short on time. However, this is the first location I’ve encountered where—even if I place my order through the app 15 to 20 minutes in advance—when the app notifies me that my order is ready for pickup, I still have to wait in line for an additional 15 to 20 minutes just to tell them I’ve arrived, at which point they finally start preparing my order. Ordered through the drive thru. Ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and got a chicken noodle instead. Glad I checked. I told them it was an error. The bread that comes along with the soup was not evenly cut. It was really small and looked like they just ripped it from the loaf. I had to ask for a receipt just to make sure I was charged correctly and was told the soups were the same price so no need to worry. I kindly asked again and I was given the receipt. Funny thing: on the receipt it states “accuracy matters” and if the order is wrong, they will correct it and give you a sweet treat for free!
