I don't eat allot of meat, especially beef but when my body craves it, I need it fresh and extremely well done. I did make this request, forgot about the fresh part in my ask and received what I can only imagine, a day old burger. The care that went into the condiments though, that kind of attention deserves to have a great patty to accompany it. Great service the young lady was very nice and professional and the fries were great too! I know times are not the easiest economically but it wasn't worth the time and energy I used with my airfryer to bring it to an edible state!

Came hungry and left slightly satisfied. The double burger Pattie’s were just ok, the veggies were fresh and in a generous amount. The spicy chicken sandwich breading is not good, however the chicken was tasty. The crinkled fries were fresh and the crushed ice makes drinks taste better. The staff is really friendly and efficient. The toilets are dirty so that is kind of sketchy. Overall good but not a great burger place.

A great break stop between Santa Clara and Los Angeles. They have halal meat. We tried their burgers, fries and ice cream, everything was awesome.

First time stoping in to the Burger Shack. I have to say that their pastrami cheese burger with fries was delicious!! They definitely know how to make a good hamburger!! Believe me you, I will be going back there soon.
