I was actually really impressed with the shakes they offer. I was trained not to expect much from Jack in the Box, but the $2 for 2 tacos is a classic and the shakes are actually not bad. Locations are all very similar and the staff is quick enough. Gotta have your local Jack in The Box. Other customers can make or break the experience sometimes, but that's kinda out of the staff's control, so 5 stars for me!

I've never had a bad experience with jack in the box until today I ordered a bacon ultimate and what I got is, whatever this is, it genuinely does not look appetizing whatsoever the cheese looks old the entire thing seems like its been just sitting for hours to get used on an order. I also have attached my actual order from jack today. Im hoping this is just a one off deal but this is ridiculous

This is the second time me and my husband order something from this restaurant specifically and we get stuff like this we paid almost 10 bucks for a big box and this is all we get in it! The last time we ordered our burgers were squished and we didn't even get the fries we ordered!
