The pizza is usually fresh and tasty, and I appreciate the variety of toppings they offer. However, I've had a couple of instances where my order took longer than expected, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick meal.

I requested delivery at 5:45 PM, but our order was not delivered until 6:15 PM. The pizzas were not sliced, and no condiments were included with the order. I contacted customer service to request a discount because the delivery was 30 minutes late, but all I received was an excuse that they were backed up. If they cannot meet the requested delivery time, they should not offer it. This has been the worst Domino’s location I’ve dealt with when it comes to customer service and honoring delivery times.

The WORST Dominos. I ordered online for delivery, get a call from an associate explaining he needs to change our order to carryout since they aren't doing delivery. We have to place our order again over the phone, which he got wrong. My husband picked up the food, both pizza's are wrong, we got wings instead of cheesy bread and none of the sauce we ordered. We call and explain to a different associate, she explains she can't do a refund so she would take our phone number and we would have a credit on file. The next time we place our order for carryout and call to make sure we get our credit. T

Ordered pick up. Said it would be done in 25 minutes. 1 hour later went in and staff said its just going in the oven. Multiple people have been waiting over an hour. One of the staff members decided to get mad because we are upset and told us to leave.
