Just went thru the drive thru and literally wasted 15.99 for a dozen of glazed. The donuts are beyond overly done and tough. They don’t even look like let alone taste like the normal doughnuts. Tried calling but that was not successful nobody picked up. This is just not right!

First time here , as soon as we arrived , they handed us , the most heavenly , warm , soft , sweet , glazed donut ! The elderly man , I was with , who is 93 , said that was his , first free donut he has ever had in his life ! Absolutely made his day ! Thank you The assortment was great , the store was clean . These donuts , surpassed , Dunkin by a long shot ! I definitely will definitely be back !

I picked up a three-pack today consisting of a Milk Bar Compost, Milk Bar Pie, and Banana Pudding. Total was $8.19. The service provided by the young lady who helped me was outstanding. Sadly, the donuts themselves not so much. Dry and disappointing flavor. From now on I'll stick to the classics.

I ordered 4 donuts. Got charged on my debit card for someone else’s $20 order. They tried to correct it but charged me again for the other $20. I’m out $40 and no donuts. Do we not know how to use the cash register? Bad service and out $40!
