I did an order online because typically it’s correct if I order online and just pick up the food. Still had a few things wrong. Ordered 6 soft tacos with no cheese and got 6 soft tacos with no lettuce and with cheese. 2 cheese sauces I purchased were not in the bag. Also had ordered the nuggets for my son and couldn’t give them to him because they were as hard as a rock. I had to break them in half and I couldn’t even try eating them. Waited about 15 minutes for our food despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t even hot when we got it. My sister’s potatoes were cold, my Fiesta Potatoes were cold (even the cheese was cold), and my loaded potato griller had barely any sour cream. The entire time we were there, we had to listen to one employee loudly talking about another employee. The constant drama honestly ruined the experience. Store online says open until 4 am, gf and i order delivery at like 12 or 1. our dasher sits there for an hour and then the order is canceled. We call and they say they’re closed because they are understaffed. I’ve worked at taco bell and i know you can stop mobile orders from being placed And honestly i would have been less pissed but they wouldn’t even replaced the order for us they wanted us to rebuy it 😭 Just don’t mobile order here late at night because ur probably not gonna get it
