This brand new location for Lincoln is great. The employees working have a positive and helpful attitude. This is mainly a drive through operation in which they will have you pull up to the car ahead as needed however they are always polite and helpful with anything you might wonder about their drinks. They know how to work quick and provide positive customer interactions. Many of them have not worked at other locations when asking them however I would have guessed they worked for the company for a while for how knowledgeable they all were. It was sunny and quite busy for the grand opening on June 2, 2025 but the service was speedy fast. It was impressive. I would hope that management could post prices of their items as their QR code only shows the menu but no pricing. It’s quite easy to provide a dynamic menu QR code that could update pricing and seasonal drinks. If this is implemented it would help first time customers immensely.

I’m a small business owner and let me just say, they know what they are doing with their hiring. Everyone is always so upbeat & positive! Makes a person feel good (that along with the caffeine & sugar!). I honestly do not go anywhere else now for my coffee drinks. I do frequent 7 Brew a lot and this is now my favorite location. Was excited when it opened as it is fairly close to my house & business. Not surprisingly, they were a bit rough around the edges when they first opened. BUT…both my daughter & I saw a seasoned employee from 56th St working inside and we both thought, okay, this is a good sign — they’ll get it figured out! And they totally did! Today I found out that Keegan, the person from 56th St, is the manager there. He was out taking orders today and we chatted briefly — so personable, made sense why everyone there is so efficient & also friendly! Love this 7 Brew!!

Maybe these guys don’t know how to make hot coffee. First time here since they open early for a hot coffee, and it was a bit worse than the gas station one. Plus, the mugs were not convenient at all; price: $4.77. I would rather go to the mill if it were open. But they have nice customer service and center location.

Purchased a Large drink, Paid for a large drink, then was told that they ran out of large cups and will have to give it to us in a medium cup. The girl told us it’s the same amount of liquid as a large just being put into a medium cup. There was no offer to make any adjustments to our order, no offer to split it into two separate cups or anything. So why would you pay for a large drink if it’s the same as a medium then? We always buy large drinks here, so does this mean we’ve been scammed this whole time?

I'm grateful for this location and for the workers who take time to spread kindness into this world. Every time I come here, I have a great experience. My very favorite worker is Cindy. She remembers me and goes out of her way to have excellent customer service. She always has a smile on her face and she is so caring even on early mornings. I love going there just to see her! She's literally the best!

This was literally my favorite 7brew and it still is, but I have an issue with one of the workers messing my order up every single time. It’s the girl that stands outside with big eyes and black hair and she’s short, she’s working today on 01/09 and maybe she’s new I don’t know. The first time she took my order me and my uber driver told me coffee was mine and she was rude enough to hand it to the uber driver (stranger hands) instead of mine whileeee seeing me reach very hard for it! Today I ordered extra Carmel drizzle like I always do and she gives me coffee with no Carmel drizzle, she is starting to make my experience there very uncomfortable and the next time I have to order I will not order it from her specifically, I refuse. Also she works at about 230-300

Came thru today and got the Cookie Butter blender in a large. The girl in the drive thru was extremely nice. She liked the Ducks in my jeep and even gave me a small green duck from inside the store. Enjoyed the conversation while waiting for my drink. Definitely made my day and will be coming back more often. Wish I would have got her name she deserves some recognition!! She said she drives a jeep too but not a "Box Jeep" lol 😆
