The ladies that take your order of the window, they are so rude. They’re very aloof and the hospitality that supposed to come with the steak ‘n Shake experience is not even there makes me not even want to go in there or through the drive-through no smiles. They look unhappy You need to put them on cleanup duty have them clean the bathrooms and the foyer and the tables and chairs in the floor because their hospitality is just good enough to be cleaning up the restaurant.

Steak ’n Shake has always held a special place in my heart — it’s a nostalgic part of my childhood and a place filled with wonderful memories, particularly those shared with my late grandmother. I’ve ordered but haven’t received my food yet so this review is solely based on the appearance and cleanliness of the dining room. It is currently 12:06 pm and this location opened at 10AM .. there’s not a single clean table (it was very difficult choosing where I’d feel comfortable sitting) every booth could use a wipe down and it has that dirty mop water smell going on .. I don’t know, maybe they were slammed within the two hours they’ve been open maybe they weren’t. I ordered a patty melt combo meal with a vanilla shake. The fries and sandwich were hot and fresh. The shake was great as always. My only complaint is that they provided no napkins nor a spoon for the shake. There was a straw provided though.
