Came here for the churros, ended up having some food as well. When we entered, a gentleman came up and told us we could have a seat at any table and use the QR code on the table to place our order (you also pay at the time you order). Once we sat, we began looking at the menu on our phones, and the gentleman brought us a basket of chips and some warm (temp) salsa. He also told us we could grab other salsas from the salsa bar (next to the actual bar). My partner enjoyed the warm salsa, while I enjoyed the salsa verde (from the salsa bar). We then placed our order: - 1 Al pastor taco on corn

Hidden gem on Milwaukee Ave! Taco Maya has become my Logan Square go-to. The al pastor and carnitas tacos are loaded with flavor, the salsas bring real heat, and everything tastes fresh. Quick service, fair prices, and open late when you need it most. Highly recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Totally exceeded our expectations. Tacos were very good and also very substantial (1-2 were very filling!) . Shrimp taco was delicious! DD had beef tacos that were a little spicy, but she said very good. Queso was basic but exactly what we were going for, so good. Margaritas flight was good too! Riddah was super friendly and helpful at the counter. Not your traditional Mexican restaurant, more of a simple vibe.

I stopped in to just grab one taco to go and it was such a pleasant experience. Everyone working here is super friendly and they provided some great recommendations when I asked what was good to try. They even offered me water while I waited and made sure I knew about the salsa bar before I left. I had the Rib Eye Steak Taco and it was great! I would recommend trying the avocado salsa as well, it was mild but had good flavor. The steak seemed perfectly cooked and was very flavorful as well! They have a cool bar area and their sign promotes Happy Hour with $4 beer, $5 shots, and $8 margaritas
