We came in as a small group on a Sunday night, thinking Mexican food was just what we needed on a cold, dreary day. This place is a gem!!! The food was phenomenal. I had the dorado taco, house-made guacamole, and the avocado salsa and seasoned chips were fire 🔥!! Don’t miss this place when you’re in Rosemont. It’s the best Mexican restaurant I’ve visited in years…and that’s my go-to favorite type of food!

Great weekday lunch special 3 tacos with rice beans (refried or black beans) and onion cilantro. You'll be stuffed. Complimentary tortilla chips are seasoned and flavorful. Nice salsa bar with ample of options to choose from mild to wildly spicy. Nilam and Parshad are friendly employees - service with a smile. Best of all Taco Maya offers a wide selection of unique taco options - from the traditional to exotic ones like samosa, tandoori chicken paneer tacos. Ps elote and queso blanco sides are amazing! Also the only place with a vegetarian tortilla soup that is delicious!

Great experience at Taco Maya! We stopped in before a hockey game and everything was really good — the food was fresh and flavorful, and the drinks were great too. Josh was awesome. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly and correctly. He had a great attitude and really added to our overall experience. Would definitely come back and would love to have Josh take care of us!

Can't say it was the worst. We tried the carnitas tacos, the meat itself wasn't bad but man the rice and beans were terrible. Obviously not fresh and very dry. Taste was also off. Coming from Chicago my expectations were high and were not even close to being met. The strawberry horchata tasted like it was made with nesquik and horchata powder. If the food was as good as the presentation it would be nice. I wouldn't waste time or money coming back.
