For atmosphere I gave it a 5 although I went through the drive through so it really doesn’t apply. Food was hot and freshly made. The best part is Patricia who was so nice and helpful! Just the extra level of service and care you don’t usually see in fast food and had to give her a shout out. I have hit Jack in the Box’s all around Long Beach and this one is by far the best. It’s weird to rate a Jack in the box on here but because of the service and food quality I felt compelled. Thank you Patricia for the service!

Jack in the Box is a convenient place for a quick bite. Their late-night hours are a plus, and the drive-thru is often open when other options are not. The Spicy Chicken Wrap was pretty good, with a nice kick to it. However, the portion size seemed a bit small for the price. The service at this particular location was friendly, and the order accuracy was spot on. On the downside, the interior seating area looked a bit worn out and not very inviting. It's a suitable spot for a fast-food fix, but it doesn't stand out in terms of quality or ambiance.

Came through drive through very disrespectful behavior from employee my food slopped together employee yelling at the top of her lungs that she is the only one working she had no help slamming the drive through window its all on video when I asked for manager they said their wasn’t one it scared my special needs son he usually loves Jack in box been coming here 20yrs never ever seen such a thing I will be contacting the city of long beach and filing another complaint.
